Whether it's caused by menopause, pregnancy or hormonal therapies. This pack includes a 50g moisturising cream which can be used externally and 16 Cremolum Pessaries to be used internally, providing tailored support for symptom relief from burning, itching and painful sex.
Unlike other products for vaginal dryness, Dr. Wolff’s V-san Moisturising Cream is a real cream and not a gel (aqueous preparations). Its dual effect provides moisture AND soothing lipids (fats) to the skin in the vaginal and external genital area.
Specially formulated to be hormone-free, the Care Set delivers lasting hydration with maximum comfort. Dr Wolff’s V-san Moisturising Cream and Cremolum are hormone-free cream and pessaries for vaginal dryness. Both products alleviate symptoms like burning, itching and pain caused by vaginal dryness. They can also be used before sexual intercourse to help alleviate pain.
Dr. Wolff’s V-san Moisturising Cremolum pessary is easy to use as it is inserted into the vagina without an applicator. Heat and moisture transform the vaginal pessary into a nourishing cream. While the cream can be simply applied with clean hands to the outer vagina as needed.

Dr. Wolff’s V-san Moisturising Cremolum is for use inside the vagina, insert one Cremolum in the vagina, preferably before going to bed. It can be used once a day or less often as needed (e.g. 2-3 time per week) depending on individual symptoms. We recommend wearing a panty liner when using this product. Dr. Wolff’s V-san Moisturising Cremolum may be used during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
Dr. Wolff's V-san Moisturising Cream can be used inside the vagina (with an applicator) and on the external genital area. For use inside the vagina, fill the applicator one-half full with the cream and apply inside the vagina, preferably before going to bed. It can be used once a day or less often as needed, depending on individual symptoms. We recommend wearing a panty liner when using this product. To care for the external genital area and the vaginal opening, Dr. Wolff's V-san Moisturising Cream can be applied directly several times per day as needed. It may be used during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. For vaginal dryness, Dr. Wolff's V-san Moisturising Cream can be applied as needed prior to intercourse.
